Acquisition of GR Properties UK Limited by Bow Street Operations Limited

BDO has provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence, SPA and completion mechanism advice, together with tax structuring advice to Bow Street Operations Limited, a vehicle owned by Austrian hotel investors Rudolf and Christian Ploberger, on the acquisition of GR Properties UK Limited, a company which owns Boundary House in London.  Bow Street Operations intend to redevelop the property into a new hotel.
