Laurence Mills

Laurence has specialised in Forensic Accounting since 2001, dealing with companies and organisations in a wide range of industries. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate Certified Fraud Examiner, and an ICAEW Accredited Forensic Accountant.

He has a broad range of forensic experience, including fraud investigations, shareholder and contractual disputes, breach of warranty claims and loss of profit claims.

His specialist expertise is in Forensic M&A Services, including providing advice to solicitors and clients on the drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Completion and Earn out Accounts disputes and Expert Determinations.  Laurence has worked on over 1,000 transactions and has provided advice to Buyers and Sellers across many industries and sectors, from individuals through to global PLCs.
