BDO has provided vendor financial and tax due diligence on the sale of Usay Group Limited to Ardonagh Advisory Holdings Limited.
Usay Group, one of the largest consumer UK-based Personal Medical Insurance and Protection Insurance brokers has been sold (subject to regulatory approval) to a subsidiary of the Ardonagh Group, a diversified independent insurance intermediary.
Usay Group employ over 190 people generating over £18m of revenue in 2020 having built up organically since being established in 2008. This transaction will allow Usay to operate as part of the Ardonagh Advisory platform, complementing existing offerings from Towergate Health and Protection, winner of Adviser of the Year at the 2019 and 2020 Health Insurance and Protection Awards.
