Andy Harris

Andy is a Partner in the CF Transaction Services team in London and the Thames Valley. He has over 20 years’ experience within Corporate Finance and specialises in due diligence reviews for AIM transactions and London Stock Exchange transactions, private equity investments and corporate acquisitions. Andy has worked on over 200 transactions within the £10m to £250m range.

Focussing on Technology and Travel sectors, Andy has a number of recurring clients which demonstrates the level of client service he provides.
