"We selected BDO as lead M&A advisers for the sale of Lewis and Graves due to their extensive Facilities sector expertise and relationships in the market with the right buyers for our business. Having received strong interest for the business, I was delighted that the business was able to align itself with Atlas FM who shares our long-term vision and cultural values.
"The BDO team were extremely proactive in their support throughout the transaction, producing a first class marketing document and implementing a robust auction process. There were some key unexpected challenges to address and the BDO team continued to provide solutions that worked for the shareholders. All this helped secure an excellent deal for us and for our staff. Keith and I can thoroughly recommend BDO’s Business Services M&A team to anyone."
