I am a multi-award-winning Managing Director where, as corporate adviser to Company Boards, I have completed many high-profile UK and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions ranging from £10 million to £100 million. I have an influential industry role in the UK Business Services sector as head of Business Services transactions where I have developed a reputation for transforming businesses and enhancing the personal wealth of its shareholders. I am often quoted in national industry media as one of the leading authority’s in end markets such as facilities management, regularly contributing to business journals on current and future drivers facing operators.  At BDO, I work with both listed and private or venture capital backed companies and a number of my completed transactions have won awards or been highlighted as stand out deals in the sector. 

I am executive sponsor of BDO’s CEDAR network which is a strategic delivery element of BDO's roadmap to increase representation and leadership ranks for ethnically diverse colleagues. I have a longstanding commitment and deep passion to deliver sustainable society changes. Since 2020, I have been named annually by EMpower in the Top 100 Executive index and was selected as Batonbearer for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, all of which recognises his longstanding commitment to championing workplace equality. 

I joined BDO Corporate Finance in 2005. Previously, I was M&A Director at a listed group and, prior to that, spent many years at Ernst & Young LLP in the Corporate Finance department. I originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1999. I am a Chartered Member of The Securities Institute, London, a Fellow of ICAEW and undergraduate studies were at King’s College London.
