Sale of Iglu to LDC by Growth Capital Partners

The BDO Transaction Services team provided financial and taxation vendor due diligence services to Growth Capital Partners and Iglu, in respect the sale of GCP’s minority stake in Iglu to LDC. Growth Capital Partners has backed the business since 2012.        

Iglu is the UK’s leading online travel agent specialising in cruise and ski holidays. Over the past three years, the business has doubled sales from £90m to £178m through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. Strong market conditions are expected to generate further growth, with a number of new cruise ships coming to market
