Palatine Private Equity backed management buyout of Lucion Services

Lucion Services is a Gateshead-headquartered multidisciplinary risk management group specialising in hazardous materials, including asbestos. It was founded in 2003 and has offices across the UK and operates across a range of sectors including retail, housing and marine. The investment from Palatine, together with a debt funding package provided by HSBC, provides an exit for the founder shareholders and will allow the business to continue its buy-and-build growth strategy.
