“BDO provided quality advisory services for dnata’s acquisition of Qantas’ catering businesses covering our financial, tax and pension due diligence requirements. BDO leveraged off their international network supporting us with teams in both Australia and the UK. Their advice was paramount in allowing this deal to succeed and highlighted areas which had not been considered beforehand. This transaction builds on an already strong relationship and we thoroughly recommend BDO’s services.”
