Pinnacle Property Limited owns owns a mixed-use property in Leeds city centre known as “The Pinnacle”. The property covers a 1.46 acre block comprising 147,200 sq ft of office, retail and leisure accommodation together with a 343-space multi-storey car park.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA review services to Longmead Capital on the acquisition.
