Andrew Porteous

Andrew is an Director in the Transaction Services team in Scotland providing financial due diligence services to primarily corporate, banking and private equity clients. He specialises in buy side, sell side and refinancing due diligence engagements across a variety of sectors.

Andrew joined BDO from another national mid-tier firm where he spent 10 years in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services roles covering a range of transactions including acquisitions, management buy outs, bank refinancing, private equity and corporate investments. Andrew is also a member of ICAS.
