BDO has provided financial, tax and regulatory due diligence services on the proposed acquisition of Paradigm Governance Partners by Hawksford.
Hawksford is a international trust and corporate services provider. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) but once approved the acquisition of Paradigm Governance Partners will establish a base of operations for Hawksford in the Cayman Islands, a leading domicile for investment funds, while also enhancing its visibility in the US.
