Marty Lau

Marty is a partner of our transaction services team in London with extensive experience in UK, international and cross-border transactions, providing corporate finance advisory services on Capital Markets and M&A transactions.

Marty started his career in audit and assurance before moving into corporate finance in 2006. Since then, he has worked on over 100 transactions advising UK and international companies on corporate finance assignments across numerous sectors including financial services, education, technology & media, real estate & construction and shipping, etc.

He is particularly experienced in advising multi-jurisdictional businesses and leverages his professional relationships and prior transactional experience of inbound overseas investments and fundraises in the United Kingdom.
