BDO has provided financial and taxation due diligence services on the acquisition of L&S Waste Management Limited by Biffa Waste Services Limited.
Biffa has completed the acquisition of L&S Waste Management, a construction and demolition (C&D) waste operator in Hampshire, for which BDO LLP provided acquisition financial and taxation due diligence.
Established in 1997, L&S Waste Management serves urban areas across the South Coast, including Portsmouth, Southampton, Chichester and Fareham. The company has developed into a well-established brand and will continue to trade as L&S Waste Management following the acquisition.
As well as bolstering Biffa’s low carbon recycling solutions offering, the deal also reflects the firm’s strategy of increasing the volume of recycled products available to the UK construction industry.
