Praxis acquired the 63 acre Kings Hill mixed use development in Kent, adding close to half a million square feet of mixed-use commercial space to its portfolio,
The landscaped park is home to more than 50 businesses, including Rolex’s UK headquarters, over 3,200 homes, three schools and around 200,000 square feet of retail and leisure facilities.
Kings Hill comprises 14 freehold and five long leasehold buildings and includes 492,041 square feet of offices.
Praxis is an asset, property, facilities and development management platform. The acquisition was part funded by Praxis' co-investor Veld Capital.
BDO provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence and structuring and SPA review services.
