BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Hometree Marketplace Limited on its acquisition of IMS Heat Pumps Limited.
Hometree is a residential energy services company on a mission to help millions of UK homeowners look after their homes and transition to low-carbon living. The Group offers renewable installations, finance, servicing and maintenance for home energy hardware.
IMS specialises in the installation of heat pumps in Scotland, and in the North and Midlands of England. The Company provides installation services for air and ground source heat pumps and heat pump ancillary, hybrid heat and underfloor and radiator distribution systems.
