Niel du Toit

I am an Associate Director in the Birmingham Transaction Services team. Prior to transferring to my current office, I spent several years in the Johannesburg Transaction Services team having worked on deals across Africa.

My deal experience includes both acquisition and vendor financial due diligence on behalf of corporate/trade acquirers and private equity and reporting accountant work in support of IPOs.

My key industry deal experience is in the mining, logistics & transport, manufacturing and telecoms sectors.
