Bottega InvestCo S.à r.l acquired 100% of the share capital of Getronics Group, a global IT services provider for €220m. Financing partners include White Oak Global Advisors, Permira PDM and H.I.G. WhiteHorse. Getronics was formerly owned by Aurelius private equity. Bottega trades through Brazil based Grupo Cimcorp, also an IT service provider.
