BDO has provided vendor due diligence on the investment by Five Arrows in Causeway Technologies.
Causeway provides enterprise and Cloud software solutions to the construction and infrastructure maintenance industries. Causeway’s comprehensive product portfolio includes solutions for the pre-construction (design, cost planning, e-tendering, estimating), construction (biometrics, e-invoicing, project cost and value management) and post-construction (maintenance management) phases.
Five Arrows' investment will help fund M&A, initially in the UK but also potentially in Europe and the US in due course.
