Steven Levine

Steven is a partner in BDO’s London-based Innovation & Technology Group which is responsible for accessing R&D Tax Credits and Patent Box.  He has specialised in these innovation incentives since they were introduced in the UK 24 years ago.

Steven is also UK National Head of R&D and co-leads the BDO Global R&D Centre of Excellence.

He has been a partner at BDO since 2005 and has been involved with successful R&D claims for all sizes of company from early stage start-ups, through scale-up to multi-national listed corporates.  

He has advised claimants in all sectors but currently focuses on Renewables & Infrastructure, Construction & Built Environment, Automotive & Transport and Life Sciences including pharmaceuticals and bio-technology as well as related support services under each sector.

Steven is a member of the CIOT and the ICAEW and is a member of various working groups on R&D.
