Steve has over fifteen years' experience, with the last ten of these spent working exclusively with privately owned business and their shareholders. Steve believes that the key to providing 'valuable' tax advice is to understand a business and its objectives well enough to enable him to be proactive with suggestions, along with ensuring all advice is commercially focussed and considers all taxes/stakeholders. He advises on all areas of corporate and personal tax tax including management incentive plans, group/shareholder structuring, mergers and acquisitions, R&D tax credits, listings, IHT and due diligence. Particular areas of specialism include private equity backed businesses and helping individuals plan for and structure exit transactions/MBOs.
