Stephen has over 20 years of advising on VAT issues across a diverse range of sectors including real estate, financial services, private equity, gaming charities and international trade. He is committed to providing relevant and practical advice with the aim of reducing irrecoverable VAT where possible and preventing VAT becoming an unnecessary cost or burden. He has considerable experience of negotiating liability issues and VAT recovery methods with HMRC and taking appeals to the VAT tribunal.
