I am in the Corporate and M&A tax team in London, specialising in all aspects of corporate tax including tax compliance and assurance, as well as transactional and advisory matters.

I have a particular interest in advising companies in the Consumer Markets and Media sectors on matters such as supply chain optimisation, international expansion, disposals and restructurings. My clients with these characteristics include recent start-ups, owner-managed, private equity backed, listed and large multinational businesses.

I have extensive audit of tax experience leading numerous tax audits of FTSE 350 groups.  I also provide tax accounting services in relation to GAAP conversions, the tax accounting impact of complex transactions and helping groups document complex tax accounting positions and judgements.
