Ross LeCarpentier

As a Director in our Business Transformation team, I specialise in helping organisations across multiple industries deliver successful business and technology change. My experience has been gained over 25 years by managing & reviewing complex change projects – and as a brief snapshot I have managed end to end projects relating to Transaction integrations/separations, ERP implementations, Shared Service Optimisation and Strategy execution projects. Additionally, I work with our clients to develop and implement realistic and achievable Business & Digital strategies.

With experience gained in both Professional Services and in Industry, I apply a pragmatic and value based approach to all projects and reviews.

Having initially worked in British Gas and Local Government, I joined PwC, working for 14 years in delivering and advising on client programmes and projects. Following this I was an IT & Projects Director in a Materials Handling business for 5 years, helping deliver value-add Digital services, leading major business transformation projects and working alongside the CEO to help develop the rolling 5-year strategy.

I joined BDO in 2017 to grow BDO’s Business Transformation solutions team as part of our National Digital and Risk Advisory Services Team and have continued to work and support clients across multiple industries, including: Manufacturing, Telecoms, Financial Services, Retail, Utilities, Materials Handling, Professional Services, Public Sector, Education and Support Services.
