With over two decades of expertise in guiding entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and corporate acquirers, I'm thrilled to be a partner in the BDO Deals Advisory business, bringing my passion for deals to our vibrant Bristol hub.

I have been working on deals since 2007, accumulating significant experience in acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assistance and IPOs. I have a passion for getting to the heart of what drives a business – its recent triumphs, the hurdles it's overcome, the nitty-gritty of its financial health, and its ambitions for the future. It's this deep dive that allows me to bring a wealth of insights to the table for my clients. My team's input can be at any point in the transaction lifecycle with a focus on preparing for and executing due diligence.

Outside of work, I balance my passion for my family, being on the go with my two sons, and pursing various swimming challenges (I've completed several ultra marathon open water swims and represented Great Britain in Ice Swimming). Each of these pursuits keeps me grounded and reminds me that life, much like business, is about the adventure.
