Peter Gouw

Peter is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax adviser and has worked in Valuations for more than 20 years.

He previously worked at KPMG where he became joint-lead of the Tax Valuation team. Peter then joined PKF as Tax and Valuations Partner in the Glasgow office which merged with BDO in 2013. 

He has a wealth of experience in valuations for a variety of purposes, including commercial, accounting and tax related work, and has worked with clients ranging from large plc’s to individuals. In addition, Peter continues to advise individuals and companies on various tax matters, including in particular share structuring for CGT and IHT purposes and share schemes.

Being Dutch by origin, Peter also works on Anglo-Dutch relations for BDO and the wider business community.

Peter is a member of ICAEW and CIOT.
