Paul Morris

Paul is Head of Growth Advisory. His team work exclusively with growth businesses, helping them to prepare for and support them through private equity and venture capital fund raising.

Prior to joining BDO Paul spent 14 years with Livingbridge the mid market UK private equity house. Paul was a Partner in Livingbridge responsible for investing in and working with businesses primarily in the technology and services sectors.

His experience as an investor and non-executive board director means he is uniquely placed to advise businesses seeking private equity or venture capital investment. He will be able to guide management teams on a variety of issues including choosing the right investor, negotiating the optimal financial and legal terms, how to shape the investment process and how to manage the relationship with the investor post deal.
