Paul Hammond

I am a Partner in our National Payroll team encompassing our client payroll bureau and our payroll advisory team. I am qualified with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and passionate about the payroll industry I work in which has become far more dynamic and business leading during my years in the industry.

I work with UK and international clients of all sectors and sizes drawing on my 25+ years of experience to help our team provide a quality outsourced solution to them. I will advise on best practice around data collation and process ensuring we can provide an accurate and timely payroll to our clients. I believe in a technology driven service ensuring we have the best tools to deliver and avoid manual intervention wherever possible in that data flow from capture to processing.

As well as my payroll experience, I have had prior experience working in the areas of personal taxation, employment taxation and global mobility enabling me to bring this all together and provide a full rounded services to our clients bringing in our experts in these areas when required.

I ensure I remain up to date with the latest payroll legislation enabling me to contribute to various articles, webinars and seminars to share and guide my fellow colleagues in the industry and ensuring our clients remain up to date and compliant.

When you find me outside of work I like to switch off with my wife and my two daughters taking long walks with our crazy Whippet! Alongside this I am a passionate football fan following and supporting my team whenever I can.
