Oliver Pumfrey

I am a Tax Partner with nearly 20 years' experience of advising listed companies, UK headquartered multinational and private equity backed groups, and owner managed businesses.

I am based in the Guildford office but work across the South East supporting my clients on a wide range of issues. I support businesses from start-up to scale-up and large private and listed companies. My approach is to work alongside clients, providing proactive support through each stage of the lifecycle of their business on a wide range of issues, including tax compliance, restructuring, transactions, share schemes, capital allowances, succession planning and R&D tax reliefs, introducing and working with specialist colleagues as appropriate.

I work with a diverse portfolio of clients located in London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex across many sectors, including technology and business services. This breadth enables me to take a pragmatic approach in providing advice for clients' current and future plans.

Outside of work, whilst my two daughters keep me on my toes, when I have time to myself I enjoy photography, woodwork and watching rugby.
