I am a Global Capital Markets Partner, based in London, with over 15 years of experience supporting business in the UK and EMEA who are or who aspire to be public companies in the UK or USA.

I specialise in SEC Accounting Advisory Services, supporting potential US Registrants with technical accounting and SEC reporting obligations. I am well-versed in international GAAP conversion projects, including US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP, working across many sectors such as technology and media, consumer markets and financial services.

I also specialise in US capital market transactions including both debt and equity transactions, Rule 144A, and Regulation S offerings and ongoing Listed reporting requirements in the UK and US.

My work primarily supports clients outside the United States as they navigate the complexities of these requirements and transactions.
