Nuala is a Transaction Tax Partner based in London. She has over 15 years' transactions experience with a focus on the consumer goods, retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Nuala has extensive transaction experience, working with corporates and private equity as well as London Stock Exchange and AIM transactions on all aspects of the transaction lifecycle, including tax due diligence, structuring and contract review.

Nuala works with a range of specialists and other advisers to provide clear, commercial and pragmatic tax advice on complex transactions.
