Nick Millward

Nick is a director in the Leeds office heading up BDO’s Transaction Tax team for Yorkshire and the North East, focusing on tax due diligence and tax structuring advice on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing. 

Nick is a practical and relationship driven tax practitioner who has significant experience of managing the tax affairs of owner managed business and private equity backed companies. Nick’s approach to working relationships is based on trust, quality and speed of response. He has a depth of transaction experience across a range of sectors.
