Melissa Bruno

My passion is supporting organisations to deliver their business strategy, and to do this by deploying people, HR structures and innovation. With over 20 years experience, both as a leader in consulting and private sector, I have lead teams in all aspects of people strategy and leading organisations effectively. My key aim is of making sure that the people strategy, HR plan and structure is able to support business success by anticipating rather than simply reacting. I really love what I do, working with clients, helping them drive their own and their business success, building new capability and confidence in the power of the people agenda. I am really enjoying working at BDO where the values of ideas people and trust really chime with my personal values and my professional belief.
