Matt Crane

Matt is a Partner in the Natural Resources and Energy team, managing a portfolio of mid-cap AIM listed companies in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Alongside this he also works on a number of clients within our agribusiness sector including a large international privately owned tobacco merchant and an international group focusing on the distribution of food. His portfolio means he has strong experience in both public listed financial reporting but also financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards. He has been involved in a number of pieces of advisory work including helping an International group in the TMT sector with their AIM listing and creating a consolidation and annual report for a large overseas downstream oil and gas group.

His portfolio has an international focus with clients in Europe, Africa, South America and the Asia Pacific region. He also spent 5 years working for our office in Sydney and therefore have considerable experience in working with offices within our international network.
