Mark Underwood

Mark has specialised in Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support since 1994. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He undertakes a variety of work including, expert witness, financial investigations and all aspects of Forensic accounting. He is an experienced expert witness, and has given expert oral evidence in the High Court.

Mark's specialism is in accounting investigations of both solvent and insolvent companies. He also specialises in the assessment of complex losses and damages in other contentious situations, including loss of profits, business interruption and breach of contract.

He has particular experience in Telecoms, Music, Education, Charities, Retail, Partnerships and LLP's.
