Mark Henderson

Mark is a partner in International Institutions and Donor Assurance, which specialises in the delivery of assurance and consulting services to international funding institutions and donor organisations such as the European Commission, United Nations, World Bank, DFID, Global Fund and Red Cross. The department’s work includes financial and systems audits, pre-award assessments, forensic audits, performance audits, training services, and advice on risk management and governance.

Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has 19 years of experience in the field of donor assurance, including four years leading PwC’s office in Cambodia and a year running his own practice in Afghanistan. His specialist area is the delivery of audit and other assurance services to organisations within the United Nations system, such as UNICEF, UNHCR, UNFPA and UNDP.
