Lisanne Barrell

I am the Head of the Partnership Office and Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner.

I deliver strategic partnership advice from multiple angles, create leverage for the Managing Partner and the Leadership Team, foster connectivity with the firm's oversight bodies and act as a guardian of our partnership model and culture. I lead our central team who coordinate and facilitate across our business to ensure that the firm's strategic objectives are well understood and embedded in everything we do.

I am an auditor by training and have 20+ years of experience, working in and with professional services firms on strategy, governance, regulatory and public policy matters.
