Lawrence McGinley

Lawrence is a Fellow of the ACCA and has over 19 years' experience in forensic accounting.

He specialises in matters relating to SPAs arising from M&A transactions and has significant experience of providing pre-transaction advice on over 250 deals, as well as advising on post-transaction SPA disputes.

Lawrence regularly advises on liability and quantum issues involving accounting aspects of SPAs arising from breach of warranty claims/W&I insurance claims and disputes in relation to completion accounts, earn out accounts and expert determinations.
