Jamie Smith

I am a financial services audit Partner and I lead the financial services audit team in Bristol, where I am based. I provide external audit and associated assurance services to a range of financial services firms in the Bristol area, as well as being part of BDO's national financial services audit team.

With 17 years' of experience, I offer external audit services (including financial statement and CASS audits), regulatory assurance and controls assurance to financial services entities. I specialise in the asset and wealth management sector, particularly investment platforms, traditional asset managers, and financial advisers.

Throughout my career, I have engaged with a diverse array of business structures, from FTSE 100 international groups, to private equity backed regulated groups and owner managed businesses.
