Jamie Carter

Jamie is a Partner in the London Business Services & Outsourcing team, specialising in financial reporting, accounts preparation solutions and offers advice under a range of accounting frameworks including UK GAAP and IFRS. 

He helps businesses address financial reporting issues, with a focus on the provision of technical accounting support for large UK and international consolidations with complex group structures, and supporting businesses in managing the reporting changes which arise from acquisitions, disposals, mergers, re-organisations or accounting framework changes.

His client base includes high growth entities whose reporting requirements are changing quickly, private equity backed businesses and large international corporates across multiple sectors, including technology and media, real estate and construction, restaurants and bars, insurance and financial services.
