James Buckingham

I am a Deal Advisory Partner specialising in M&A Advisory to mid-market businesses and Private Equity. I'm based out of our Reading office and covers M&A Advisory across the Thames Valley and South West region.

I've been working in Deal Advisory for over 14 years, joining BDO in 2018, and have a particular focus towards technology and business services businesses but have acted for clients across a wide range of sectors. I support clients on acquisitions, disposals, MBO's as well as acting for Private Equity investors.

I'm passionate about maximising value for shareholders and bring a highly personal approach to working with clients as a trusted advisor.
