Ian Christie

I specialise in providing reporting accountant services and advice to companies undertaking IPOs and other corporate stock exchange transactions on the London Stock Exchange. I also provide training and technical support to our national team on reporting accountant matters, often getting involved in larger and more complex transactions.

I have more than 25 years’ experience in this area and have worked on over 200 transactions, including IPOs, secondary equity issuances, reverse takeovers, acquisition and disposal circulars, debt issuances and Takeover Code transactions. I am one of a group of six experts who advise the Listing Transactions team of the Financial Conduct Authority on the application of the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Listing Rules from an accountant’s perspective.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening and walking - my wife and I are gradually working our way around the South West coast path when family commitments allow.
