Helen is a partner in M&A, and has successfully advised private shareholders, private equity investors and management teams on a range of acquisitions and disposals, in addition to advising on refinancings, equity fund raisings, MBOs and disposals for large corporates and charities. Helen has over 20 years M&A experience, and has been a lead adviser on transactions based Southampton since 2003.
