I lead the Insurance Advisory team at BDO, including the Actuarial team, and I add supportive leadership, strategic perspective, and external momentum to BDO's overall Insurance Industry Sector presence.

Prior to this I was a Partner with a big four firm, and a Managing Director with a business advisory firm, one of the largest global financial management consulting firms.

My functional focus is on finance, capital, and risk management, particularly in the insurance/wealth management arena. This stems from over 25 years' experience engaging with insurers across the globe on financial, operational, and strategic challenges in ever-changing markets.

I am a strong believer in the benefits of diversity and inclusion in achieving the best performance of both individuals and teams. I have built multiple large teams of professionals across the world, and provided counsel to a wide range of business leaders. The strongest results have always come from a respect for individuals’ unique styles and experience.
