As the business service lead for Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory my team and I specialise in helping organisations across multiple industries deliver Supply Chain and Logistics operational excellence. My experience has been amassed over 25 years of industry experience by empowering large teams to deliver complex transformational projects building both resilient and efficient Supply Chains. I joined BDO in 2022 to grow BDO’s Supply Chain & Logistics advisory team as part of our increased focus on delivering clients end to end management consultancy.

Our service proposition includes an initial high level health check of organisations Supply Chain, helping clients to rethink their short-, medium- and long-term strategic priorities. Each team member has specific areas of expert knowledge to offer clients a full range of advice across the end-to-end supply of materials or finished goods. These expertise are in I.T. systems and implementation, Warehousing, Automation, Packaging, S&OP, Transport, Final Mile, Strategy, Process Mapping, People and many more.
