Francis Yates

My career spans both Professional Services firms and Industry roles, giving me deep expertise in driving change across Finance and Technology functions. I've worked with a wide range of organisations, from large US and UK listed companies to fast-growing start-ups. I've supported many executives in developing and implementing strategy, holding senior roles both in-house and as a partner advising on best practices.

Currently, I lead the Controls Advisory team nationally. I help clients navigate regulatory challenges, including US SOx, the UK Corporate Governance Code: Provision 29, and the EU AI Act, focusing on Controls Transformation programmes. This involves implementing organisation-wide end-to-end control frameworks, designing and embedding operating models, and optimising processes and systems. I have strong expertise in the Technology Media & Telecoms (TMT) sector and have worked across most industry sectors throughout my career.
