Ed Peters

Ed is a Partner in the London Tax Group. He advises clients - listed, private equity backed, UK and international - on all tax aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, financing structures, international tax issues, and due diligence, as well as working closely with clients on dealing with their tax compliance and tax reporting requirements and dealing with correspondence and disputes with the tax authorities. He has particular specialisms in advising non-UK investors into the UK and European market, and structuring shariah compliant investments globally.

Ed has over 10 years’ experience as a tax adviser and has worked for a ‘Big 4’ firm and BDO.
