Ed Goodworth

I am the Head of BDO’s Real Estate and Construction Audit team and bring extensive experience across the real estate sector. I have significant experience of acting for investment property groups, housebuilders and construction groups across both the listed and private markets.

My experience includes a number of multi-national groups and tends to focus on our larger audits including a number of FTSE 250 businesses. I use this experience to support boards and audit committees in focusing on the issues that matter most, helping organisations manage risk and maintain effective governance.

I have led audits for a wide range of real estate, construction and investment businesses, including Cadogan Estates, CLS Holdings plc, Empiric Student Property plc, Galliford Try Holdings plc, Galliard Group, LFH International, LXI REIT plc, Mount Anvil, Supermarket Income REIT plc, Topland Group and Urban & Civic plc.
