I specialise in advising businesses that are going through some form of stress, whether that be cashflow constraints, declining profitability or a breakdown in the Business’ relationship with its secured lenders.   

I focus on business continuity, rescue and turnaround and can also effect change or implement rescue solutions using more formal techniques where they are relevant.  

I have extensive experience in the Education sector and have worked with a number of Independent Schools (both not-for-profit and commercial ventures), assisting in fundraising, assessing options and implementing restructuring plans.

I work collaboratively with management teams, building rapport and establishing trust so that potential options can be considered and implemented quickly.

I am a Business Restructuring Partner based in the Thames Valley region responsible for BDO’s Reading and Southampton offices.
