Carly specialises in providing outsourced finance function advisory services and guidance to a wide range of UK businesses.

She has held several finance roles both in practice and industry including working as Group Financial Controller for an AIM listed business, a Project Accountant focusing on pre-IPO work and listing, and as Finance Director of a high growth private equity backed business.

With a strong personal approach, Carly is passionate about each individual business’s needs and delivers practical solutions that support business needs. Having supported businesses with a range of projects from dealing with IPO readiness, fundraising, investor reporting, digital transformation and international expansion out from the UK, mean she understands the challenges faced.

Her focus is on the advisory solutions to support high growth, mid-market businesses including AIM with particular focus on the expanding demands of the CFO.
